Renew Wellbeing

An open space of welcome and inclusion to aid mental and emotional wellbeing. Part of Renew Wellbeing Cymru, and hosted by Golau Baptist Church, Renew Wellbeing at Llanelli Goods Shed is a place where it's ok not to be ok.

This is a space where people can come to share hobbies and activities together, such as games, puzzles and crafting, while enjoying some light refreshments. It can also be a space where people can come to just relax, turn off from the wider world and chat. It's a space for whatever you want it to be, all while relaxing in the surroundings of the historic Llanelli Goods Shed.
